The Roost (5* Gold) – Sleeps 10. If you’re looking for luxury cottages for groups but want a bit of breakaway space then this is a great solution. Owl Barn and Tree Barn are next door to each other, separated by a small knot garden, and are away from the other cottages. Book both together to sleep 10 of you in 5 bedrooms (all ensuite) plus cots, with plenty of space to be together when you want to.
The table in Owl Barn will seat 10, and the sitting room in Owl Barn has two 4-seater sofas and three outsize beanbags, with an additional reading/cosy space so there is plenty of room for all of you to eat and socialise together. Each cottage has its own hot tub – Owl Barn has a huge 8-seater hot tub (including two loungers), and Tree Barn’s seats 5-6 (including 2 loungers). There is space in the car park for up to 5 cars.

For our Four-Legged Friends
We provide a dog welcome pack and have a bigger 6-acre secure dog-walking area (“Central Bark”), which consists of two adjoining fields. The first is flat, and has mown paths, benches, a loop through the woods, poo bins. This field leads on to another large fenced field, which has a flat area and a valley, which provides excellent rabbit-chasing territory!
