The Estate at Kernock Cottages offers the ideal setting for large groups wanting to reconnect, celebrate or simply enjoy some quality time in peaceful, luxurious surroundings. Set across a private 22-acre eco-estate in the rolling Cornish countryside, The Estate includes all four of our stunning cottages – Coach House, Tree Barn, Owl Barn and Heather Barn – providing flexible and spacious accommodation for up to 16 guests (plus infants and dogs!).

Whether you’re celebrating a big birthday, planning a multi-generational family holiday, or organising a wellness retreat, you’ll find everything you need for a seamless and unforgettable group stay. Each cottage is self-contained, with its own private garden and hot tub, while being just a short walk from the others – the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.

Guests enjoy access to our six-acre dog park (Central Bark), and the peace and quiet of our green, sustainable estate, with solar power, biomass heating, borehole water and EV charging. For group meals or evening get-togethers, there are plenty of options for dining indoors or alfresco – and the views are just as inviting as the cottages themselves. If you wish to come together for dinner, we can provide a function room in our house. We can help you to source a chef, or you can arrange a take-away or self-cater.
