Spacious Luxury with Breathtaking Views
Situated with amazing views, Owl Barn is the largest of the four luxury self-catering cottages on this private, eco and peaceful 22-acre estate. Owl Barn is a perfect place for a family, group of friends, or can be booked as ‘Little Owl’ as a spacious luxurious cottage for a couple getaway, mini moon or baby moon.
Owl Barn features three double bedrooms (one can be configured as a twin room) all ensuite and with room for cots. The master bedroom on the entry level has a superking-size bed, with French windows leading onto the deck area. The second bedroom, which is downstairs, has a kingsize sleigh bed, whilst the third bedroom in the cottage (also downstairs) has ziplock beds which can be a superking 6′ double, or twin beds; and an ensuite bathroom with corner bath. We provide luxury towels, bath robes and Temple Spa toiletries in all bathrooms.

For our Four-Legged Friends
We provide a dog welcome pack and have a bigger 6-acre secure dog-walking area (“Central Bark”), which consists of two adjoining fields. The first is flat, and has mown paths, benches, a loop through the woods, poo bins. This field leads on to another large fenced field, which has a flat area and a valley, which provides excellent rabbit-chasing territory!

Relax in the bright and airy upper galleried TV snug with two 4-seater sofas, three giant sized beanbags and Smart TV. The sitting room is linked by an internal bridge to a smaller galleried study/reading/working area.
Owl Barn has a large, light, superbly equipped kitchen and dining area, with views across the valley; the perfect place to cook up a special meal or book a chef to provide the ultimate fine dining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, with Bosch dishwasher, huge Siemens fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, Bosch oven and microwave, washer-dryer and an extensive range of pans, utensils and crockery.
Enjoy breakfast outside on the south-facing deck area and relax in the huge 8-seater private hot tub, set on a decked area under a gazebo in the rear garden, with great views down the valley.
Whilst rear gardens are separate, Owl Barn has landscaped gardens at the front, shared with Tree Barn, a sleeps-4 cottage next door that can be booked with Owl Barn as a sleeps-10 option which we call ‘The Roost’.
