2. The Sardine Factory

This standout restaurant in Looe consistently impresses, thanks to the exceptional talent behind the scenes. Chef patron Ben Palmer, winner of the starter course at the Great British Menu 2024 banquet, leads the kitchen alongside Head Chef Charlie Walters, who reached the final four of MasterChef: The Professionals 2023, bringing an impressive level of creativity and expertise to every dish.

There is an optional special Great British Menu for a limited period. The lovely harbour town of Looe is just 14.5 miles from Kernock. You do need to book well in advance for dinner at The Sardine Factory.
