Adrenalin Quarry is one of the best activity centres near to Kernock Cottages. Its water park is reputedly the biggest in the UK, its zipwire is one of the longest, and its clifftop chair swing is just something special.
Another superb venue is Encounter Cornwall, an excellent centre on the river Fowey for kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). Based in Golant, the guides take groups on expeditions up and down river, seeing the sights, recounting history and spotting wildlife. We are proud to have a discount with this business, who were recognised with a Cornwall Tourism award in 2023 (as were we!).
Carnglaze Caverns is a historic trip underground near Liskeard, perfect for a rainy day. Then there’s the China Fleet country club, where we hold corporate membership for our guests to enjoy swimming, adventure golf, spas/saunas and access to a gym.
